The British star embraces metallic pleats, retro accessories, and a revived It-bag while promoting her latest film in Manhattan.

New York — Actor Daisy Edgar-Jones showcased a masterclass in modern Bohemian fashion on Tuesday as she stepped out in a series of head-turning looks while promoting her upcoming film, On Swift Horses.

The day began with a tailored nod to corporate chic, as Edgar-Jones donned a structured skirt suit from Veronica Leoni’s debut collection for Calvin Klein. However, by afternoon, the British star had embraced a more relaxed, free-spirited aesthetic, sporting two distinctly Boho-inspired ensembles that highlighted the versatility of the revived style.

One standout look featured a floor-length Saint Laurent dress with metallic pleats and a plunging neckline, styled with a chunky beaded necklace. Edgar-Jones layered the shimmering frock with a classic trench coat and finished the look with structured black glasses and flat-soled sandals—accessories that underscored the relaxed elegance of the Boho trend.

The Bohemian elements of the outfit were most evident in the dress’s flowing silhouette and eclectic jewelry styling. Later in the day, the actor embraced a more playful interpretation of the trend, stepping out in a ruffled yellow and mint green mini dress from French fashion house Chloé, currently helmed by designer Chemena Kamali.

The colorful frock was paired with a bright blue leather coat, a tasseled necklace, and a pair of cherry-red Mary Jane heels. A nod to Y2K-era fashion, the look was completed with retro-inspired Gucci sunglasses, blending nostalgic references with a contemporary edge.

Adding further dimension to the ensemble was a notable accessory: the Chloé Paddington bag. Originally designed during Phoebe Philo’s tenure at the brand, the once-coveted “It” bag—known for its soft structure and signature lock and charm embellishments—has been reintroduced for the Fall 2025 season under Kamali’s direction. Once dubbed “the most wanted accessory in the history of the fashion business,” the Paddington may be poised for a resurgence, bolstered by Edgar-Jones’s endorsement.

With her fashion choices, Edgar-Jones continues to prove herself as a style chameleon, seamlessly transitioning from boardroom sophistication to eclectic Bohemian flair, all while staying firmly in the fashion spotlight.
